1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bc11 (hereinafter "bc11", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://bc11.io. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with bc11, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and sports betting, use of promotional offers, and all other activities conducted through the platform.

Any funds deposited by an ineligible player may be withheld pending investigation and returned via the original payment method at bc11's sole discretion.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on bc11. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and at all subsequent stages of account use. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Submitting false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bc11 operates a mandatory KYC programme. All players must complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically and operationally feasible. 4.4 Currency

All account balances, transaction values and promotional amounts on bc11 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless otherwise explicitly stated. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT at the prevailing mid-market exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

4.5 Fees

bc11 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) or cryptocurrency network may apply their own transaction fees, for which bc11 bears no responsibility.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering

bc11 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. We reserve the right to request a source-of-funds declaration for any deposit or withdrawal above thresholds set by our compliance team. Failure to satisfy a source-of-funds request will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities and possible account closure.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers issued by bc11 are subject to specific wagering requirements, game contribution weightings, minimum odds restrictions and expiry deadlines. These conditions are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games may contribute 10%–20%; sports bets at odds of 1.50 or above contribute 100%. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

bc11 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, in cases where it determines that bonus terms have been exploited. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using third-party funds to satisfy wagering requirements, placing offsetting bets to minimise wagering risk, or using VPN services to circumvent geo-restrictions on promotional offers.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been withdrawn or have not met wagering requirements within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically. bc11 is not obligated to provide reminders about approaching expiry deadlines, though we may choose to do so at our discretion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on bc11 are subject to the bc11 Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the platform. Key principles include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bc11 does not accept requests to cancel, edit or void bets after they have been accepted by the system, except in cases of a demonstrable technical error on bc11's part.
• bc11 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an obviously erroneous price caused by a system or data feed error. Affected players will have their stake refunded.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time due to events in the match, data feed interruptions, or platform maintenance. bc11 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's inability to place or close an in-play bet during such periods.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet, per event and per day. These limits are displayed during the bet placement process and may vary by sport, market and player account tier.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bc11. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances without recourse:

1. Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
2. Using automated bots, scripts, macros or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform or exploit promotional offers.
3. Engaging in arbitrage betting in a manner that exploits pricing errors or that bc11 determines in its reasonable discretion to be detrimental to the integrity of its pricing.
4. Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share cards, hands or betting information in live multiplayer formats.
5. Depositing or withdrawing funds in a manner intended to launder money or obscure the origin of funds.
6. Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
7. Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, decompile or otherwise gain unauthorised access to bc11's software, odds feed, or proprietary data.
8. Using bc11's platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment betting and gaming.
9. Accessing bc11 via VPN, proxy or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or gaining an unfair advantage.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bc11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming request from the account holder.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request requiring closure.
• Extended inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. bc11 may deduct a monthly inactivity fee from dormant account balances after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than player-initiated self-exclusion or confirmed fraud, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their last used payment method within 10 business days of closure.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bc11 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text content, audio and video materials, odds data and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bc11 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property to the Player.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the bc11 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any bc11 content without our prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bc11 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own decision to place a bet or wager, regardless of outcome.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bc11 platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, third-party infrastructure issues, or events beyond bc11's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised access not caused by bc11's own negligence.
• Fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between deposit and withdrawal that result in a player receiving a different fiat equivalent than originally deposited.

bc11's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

11 Privacy & Data

By registering on bc11, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Responsible Gaming

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bc11 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through bc11's internal complaints procedure may be referred to binding arbitration.

To raise a formal complaint, players should first contact bc11 support via live chat or the email address set out in Clause 15. bc11 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a final resolution within 10 business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to an independent dispute resolution body at bc11's election.
